Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka was conceived in Minsk. Sergey was a player in the hockey league. Aryna Sabalenka was born 5 May 1998, in Minsk Belarus. Her professional career has seen her win twelve WTA singles titles, which includes the Grand Slam in the Australian Open of 2023. In doubles, she is also a great player. She has won two Majors with Elise Mertens. They won The US Open in 2019 and the Australian Open in 2021. Together with her, the Belgian tennis player She won the WTA 1000s at Indian Wells in 2019 and Miami. Only four women's doubles couples win this title. Only four couples who achieved this feat when playing women's doubles. In doubles however she pushed her way to the top during February of that same year following her victory in Melbourne being the first tennis player born in Belarus to make it in this specialty. Dmitry Tursunov coached her between 2018 and the end of 2019 and also a beginning of 2020. Dieter Kindlmann was also her short-term coach from August to September of 2020. She has been trained by her fellow countryman Antonio Dubrov since the end of 2020. Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova are her greatest idols.
